Foundation: Oread limestone, squared
Structure: red-painted metal; hip; parapet; boxed cornice; decorated frieze; finials; two interior chimneys
Window surrounds: flat arch lintels, brick voussoirs; terra cotta lugsills and keystones
Door surrounds: flat arch, brick; decorative panels
Portico: three stories; four fluted Ionic columns surmounted by cast-iron architrave and decorated pediment
